Youth Event attendees must follow guidelines regarding age and supervision communicated for each event (this may vary depending on the event).
Children are to be respectful of BTCC Staff, other children, and BTCC property. Rough play, disruptive yelling, or physicality of any sort with other children, BTCC Staff, or other actions deemed inappropriate by BTCC Staff is prohibited. If necessary, warnings will be given, parents will be notified, and privileges may be lost.
Most Youth Events state the event start and end time. Parents are responsible for noting these times and collecting their child(ren) at the end of an event so BTCC staff can clean up the space without further supervising their children. Movie Nights, for example, will always showcase their “run time.”
During the occurrence of Youth Events and large family events, the Kids' Playroom will not be available. Parents are to assume responsibility for their children during and after these events.
If Members (and/or their potential guests) do not pre-register for an activity/event, they must notify the appropriate staff working the event by signing in or providing their relevant information so that we may bill accordingly.
During larger Family Events (i.e., Memorial Day Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, Boo Bash, etc.), parents must stay within an appropriate range of their child(ren). If certain areas of the club grounds are not part of the event’s festivities, these areas should be assumed as off-limits (i.e., Paddle courts) to ensure the safety of all.
